Held over the weekend of February 1-2, the hugely anticipated event will see enthusiasts flock to the south-west of England to scour the vast autojumble for that highly sought-after treasure, watch the hammer fall in the Charterhouse auction and bathe in the sense of occasion generated by motorcycle club members proudly displaying their classic steeds.
With a 70s/80s style birthday bonanza planned, visitors, traders and club members alike are encouraged to show off their best clobber with huge cash prizes available. There is £100 per day for the best-dressed visitor, and did we mention there is a WHOPPING £1000 cash prize for the best club stand?
The first 1000 people who purchase their ticket in advance will be given one FREE party bag per transaction, complete with an assortment of products and offers for any motorcycle enthusiast to enjoy.
Event organiser Nick Mowbray said: “Celebrating 40 years is a huge achievement for any show and we’re looking forward to celebrating with all of the visitors, traders and club members alike. I can’t wait to see the bikes that are on display this year as we have some truly remarkable machines on show for the public to enjoy. This year we have introduced prizes for the best-dressed members of public. I’m disappointed I can’t enter as I look cracking in a pair of flared jeans.”
Discounted advance tickets are now on sale for the show, with a one-day adult pass costing just £11. Tickets will also be available on the gate at £13 – and under 15’s get free admission. Free parking is available on site. Don’t forget, the first 1000 people to purchase a ticket in advance will receive a FREE party bag with every transaction!
